Backgrounds and signification of the study
My proposal grounds itself mostly on the meaning of philosophy. In my view, philosopher must make his own mind regarding what philosophy is and what its should be. One must locate the principles of thought in nominalistical way, after which she can began applying principles to reality. Learning how philosophy with his practical abilities can be applied is vitally important because of pedagogy, press, politics and creativity overall. Applying is important becauuse men should be anxious and informed in the ambiguos relationship between freedom and power – or free being and power being. Applying philosophy or applying ethics is important in planning uses to philosophy: it must deal with problems that are on greengrass-level. Applied ethics or bioethics questions old authorities like catholic church which has tried to mute every conversation and debate over things like euthanasia, for use of their own and public welfare and flourishing., and abortion. Wittgenstein has written that philosophy reminds people of ladder which philosopher must climb to the conception of philosophy after which he can throw the ladder off. In this same kind of view means that philosopher should make ground for his own concept of philosophy. One must climb up using ladder, and when the goal has been reached, the ladder can go. Because all indications are in some way eligible by their truth value, is necessary for philosopher, especially culture philosopher, to take part in thought experiment through which he can ponder with other kind of conceptions about philosophy. The subject matter of this research consists especially freedom, applying philosophy to problems and power that enforces the reasons and values of the people which fill the void at the highest level of power, but especially political power. My view is that people can get personal freedom by critizising power and people that normal persons think to be above of critique and comparison. Philosophers character should not accept every lunatic whim which the people in power would cast his expression. Thought experiments are against of prevalent users of power, because it forces people to think in various new ways. My view is that people should revalue and criticise values that power tries to enforce in guise of societal necessities. My view is also that philosophy can offer people a enlargened view in quality and preserveness of human values, of some power wielding dynasties tries to use as a threatening example of thought in civic society. My intention is to compare freedom and power, as freedom of being and power being, the former broadens view for individuals and the latter enforces necessities because it can not keep people in order if it could not steer individuals, would they probably be interested to take part in thinking. Questioning over values is one of the most usable way in stating the obvious in the space of freedom and free thought. Applying philosophy is a matter itself, and in usual school setting it should mean that teaching should concentrate on solving problemns by means of applying thinking and not to keep content, stay quiet and concentrate on elementary thoughtlessness and other various kind of stupidities. The signification of this research lies in that, that thought experiments that go against status quo are meaningful and its most important part is questioning the values that power enforces as necessities. Amartya Sen has touched teh problem of identities with his study that is included in his book that can be found from bibliography of my study. The most extreme value in this was in that, when he arrived to U.K. To his home, and when a usual police asked him, if he stays with his friend in Oxford. Sen has a view that a person can have many simultanous identities that can have especially as strong meaning for person if other. Sen writes that people from the area of nearby some people influencing mass-institutions try to repress other identities of people because they try to feed people with their values that can be cruel when connected to wielding confiscating power like in some religions with their fanatical fantasies of killing another way thinking folks, for example.
Research problems and questions
The most important problem of this study lies in between freedom and power, especially when applied to question of human values. Human value is at level of power being to solve. Applied philosophy represents the old countership of freesdom and power, but when the power wildening enhances its corrections and blame, is the big blunder of train robbers. Do we give some sort of evaluation to these people that come and say to us what we should do? Power is the most important philosophers stone's accomplishment. It says that alla of the people would find bliss and comparison towards the most common peole that walk through all of our strees.A research problem is that, of where should people to seek their knowledga over things that are societal and not in any case- religional. Juxtaposing problem is that, in what way people can use their evaluating propertions in claiming views nominalistically from realities that they can see more clear way than communities which can repress freedom of thought because they concentrate on restraints on which they implement authoritarian view on power and rights and freedoms of people that try to shape their own realities. The school system in its current condition is rotten and formed to repress freedom of thought and evaluating differences between cardinal values. Do people have right to their own without enforcing created reality and especially value reality. Are persons in some kind of conflict with one another, for example because of some can have authorital personalities, like some kind of watchdogs that try to repress knowledge or differentiate and confine it to some kind of position in society or groups of people. I view the usual societies distinct character in that way that they encourage people to coordinate between their shadows, to be relative, reactive and in negation towards thought that some have improved and extensed beyond watch dogs's level of thinking. Unfree people coordinate between their given shadows and gut feeling. Free people are oriented towards free thinking that doesn't repress their circle of thought. This requires that they are completely independent in their thinking machine. They should not be dependent of most things. The most important problems and questions are: should people be given preference-autonomical rights to think their own way in vast societies. Which is more important, to do what is told, or do what one´s mind dictate and accommodate. Issue is in many ways a study of people's capability to think outside of boxes.
Materials and methods
Material of this investigation is concentrated on philosophy, and especially ethics, applied ethics, bioethics and political philosophy. It is mostly about applied philosophy, which means people indicating own views of philosophy and evaluative power of philosophy, which is stuck mostly with the problem than sucking stuffed elementarities, that old schooling system views as more impertant than attacking the right problems, on which people can have their own saying and utterances. My view concerning materials and methods is that school system restricts students to get on top of the problems because it can not accept ambiguity and reason to that is, that it should mute the most independent people and scholars. They share the bits of information and in way which is mostly against the problem of reality and guards on shared public knowledge, and in condescending way it ridicules those that can not fit to necessities of every teacher that has been raised to ivory tower. Making thought experiments requires mostly philosophers character that is not the way the patronizing teacher wants people to formate – his view is, that elementary stupidities are more important than applying philosophical theories and character. People should apply also because of participating with politics. In this way participation is more natural to free human than influences with what emptyheaded hussies javel around as their new role of influencer. When considering material and methods of htis investigation it should be declared that influences and influencers are entities that philosopher must keep arms lenght at least. Paulo Freire has written about information which the people in higher position deposit to the mind of people who are in more weaken position. That means the monopol of being and knowing. Teacher drops hints in reasonable manner which means repressing individual and individual thought. Because of these theses, the most important matter to this study is the purposeful individuality and critique. Rumpy pumpy is not the intent in this study. Nor is making some kind of impression to someone.
Ethical problems
The most important ethical problem in some way is that does people have right to pronounce their own view and theory on things, or is the freedom of thought just a deviation of enlightenment project and ideal. Do one have to linger in the feet of other people just because they do not have an ability to think and form individual memberships and supporter organizations. The thinking of people's own deviniations and stupidness in the frame of some society is about to lengnthen thinker's den and the destination of that towards people who do not think. On my view, people should have freedom and guts to form their own meanings and compare different meanings and values. Valuehorizont is the concept which I view with deep reverence and admiration. It means that view, with which person takes his peak to reality, and in that most important problem is the identification of personal values. Can a individual be in more reasonable in his view of personal values, or are the personal values in stuck with some kind of position in society viewed in the glasses like Mauss's and Durkeim's primitive classification, in which study they propose the view that all societies formed by humans are in some way devious and in need of greater guidance values comparing to societies that have been born through the thoughts of philosophers. Primitive classification settles itself over gossip and fear. In this way one important source is comparison between the political philosophy of Plato and Aristotle. In my view ethics is the most important sphere of philosophy and in this way treating animals is an important question. Frans de Waal and Peter Singer have published books on animals, and it should be said that treating animals and discarding the from religion become view towards humans as the crown of universe and definitely animal world, that means anthroposentric world view – we should be letting that idea go, because of welfare of all of the animal world. Treating animals is one of the most important of ethical problems in this work. Animals should be a value in itself, and not just a money hole – subsidy of people who cannot realise their real meaning. It is vitally important that ethical problems will be solved and discussed, they tell, the areas which can be risen to the critique of ethics. It shoud be mentioned that awareness of philosophycally enhanced views over values and religion are needed in any kind of situation in society.
Schedule and implementation
The schedule in this study is that, it should be ready with all the things and qualities implemented so the actual writing should be a thing to do in few weeks. I must discuss this theory with other students and philosophers and in that way other views can affect to final mode of this program. Philosophers work is not usually same kind as is other areas of science and restricted thought. Philosophy needs thorough pondering to subject matters.
Funding
I will be applying to get funding from Suomen kulttuurirahasto (Finland's cultural fund). The material to this investigation has been bought with my own money, and only reason for applying for grants especially for the exchange period in U.S: is the sponsoring of the cost of living and other costs of studying in the U.S- Living in some parts of the U.S. Is quite expensive and because of that some kind of grants are beneficial for this project in its fullness.

This has been included and implemented in my bibliography of study material that completes itself in coming time.
